Session proposals that highlight innovative solutions, practical strategies, and impactful discussions on the challenges and opportunities in our field. With both 60-minute and 30-minute session slots available, presenters can tailor their format to maximize audience engagement. Submission window
The call for proposals opens on July 1, 2026. Proposals are due July 30, 2026. Notifications of acceptance will be sent between August 1 and 8, 2026.

Do Speakers receive complimentary registration rates?
No, speakers do not receive complimentary or discounted registration rates.

Do I need to be a NAFIS Member to submit a proposal?
No, the portal is open to all individuals and coalition partners who are well-suited for sharing insights on the Impact Aid program or best practices in K-12 education.
Can I submit more than one proposal?
Yes. You may be listed in multiple proposals; however, individuals may only present at the conference in one session. The number of presenters should reflect the needs of your selected format.
