Registering 
New Colleagues

To ensure your colleagues receive the member registration rate, they must be included on your district's member roster.


If you are a district's designated administrator, you can manage your roster through the Member Portal.

Add a New Associate
1. Log in to the Member Portal using your email address.
2. Select your district.
3. Navigate to Roster Management > Actions > Add New Associate.
4. Enter the new associate's information and save your changes.

Need administrator access?
If you are not currently a district administrator and need to manage your roster, please email info@nafisdc.org to request administrator access.

Click on"switch to group registration" and add your colleagues. 

Ensure all your colleagues are on the roster before registering them for the conferences.

Registration Opens July 17

This event will feature keynote speeches, workshops, and opportunities to connect with industry leaders to help you grow your skills and succeed.

Cancellations and Refunds

Requests must be submitted in writing via email to jarthur@nafisdc.org. Cancellations received on or before August 28, 2026: Refund minus a $75.00 processing fee.

Note

If NAFIS must cancel the conference for any reason, the liability is limited to the registration fees only. NAFIS is not responsible for other expenses such as travel or accommodation fees.
